Hi, my name is Ellis Stewart and I teach Health and Social Care Level 1 and 2 in Hull. I have previously worked with a range of service users within the sector such as people with mental illness, dementia and learning disabilities. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask me!This level 1 course aims to develop learners' knowledge and awareness of health, social care and children's and young peoples settings. It is aimed at learners in school or college who wish to develop an understanding of the similarities and differences between these settings. This qualification provides pathways into the sector for school leavers or anyone considering a career in health and/or social care.
To provide learners with knowledge and understanding of core subject areas in health and social care to support progression to further learning or the workplace.
