The level 2 course for IT (ITQs for IT Users) consists of 13 units, and once you have passed all the units, you will gain the Level 2 Diploma in ITQs for IT Users.
The Level 1 course (ITQs for IT Users) consists of 14 units, and once you have passed all the units, you will gain the Level 1 Diploma in ITQs for IT Users.
There is no external exam for the qualification, but you will have to complete an assessment at the end of each unit which gives you the final qualification.
